Job Responsibilities:

We're an early stage company, viable candidates are well rounded and capable of performing in a variety of roles. While the primary responsibility is customer-oriented, success requires pitching in wherever a need is seen. 

Help build and validate our software alongside the developers.

Participate in benchmarking, performance analyze and optimization.

Be an expert in our technology and make the customer's experience delightful.

Work internally and externally to ensure customers' needs are met.

Ensure software being delivered to customers is of the best quality.

Track and drive customer issues.

Be customer's advocate internally, and TransCella's face externally.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated & independent

Excellent communications skills.

Experience in performance measurement and analysis.

Experience in sw development is a strong plus.

Undergraduate degree in computer science and 5+ years of work experience including at least 2 in a customer facing position.
